Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of PrimeLock24 services provided by PrimeMarket Hub LLC (“Company”, “we”, “our”). By requesting service you agree to these Terms.

Access & authorization

Service requires proof of access (photo ID and evidence you are allowed to access the property or vehicle). We may refuse service without sufficient proof.

Quotes & payment

All pricing is based on an on‑site assessment. The technician evaluates the job and provides a clear quote before any work begins — no work starts without your approval. Payment is due upon completion via cards, Apple/Google Pay, Tap‑to‑Pay or cash. E‑receipt is provided by email.

Non‑destructive first

We prioritize non‑destructive methods. Drilling or hardware replacement occurs only with your consent.

Automotive keys

Availability depends on make/model/year. We cannot guarantee compatibility for every vehicle. Quotes for “all keys lost” are by VIN.

Warranty

90‑day labor warranty. Manufacturer warranty applies to parts. Warranty excludes pre‑existing damage, wear and misuse.

Liability

Except as required by law, Company is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. You are responsible for pre‑existing conditions and for providing accurate information.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by Florida law with venue in Sarasota County, Florida.
